Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP)
A Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) allows you to access psychology services at Natalie Nicole Psychology with Medicare rebates. Please note that a gap fee applies to our sessions. Reach out to learn more about how Natalie can support you on your journey.

National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
At Natalie Nicole Psychology, we assist participants through NDIS funding with no out-of-pocket costs, providing tailored support for neurodivergent individuals. Natalie works with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Intellectual Disabilities and Emotional Regulation Difficulties

Motor Vehicle Accidents (CTP Claims)
If you’ve been involved in a motor vehicle accident, you may be eligible for psychological support through a Compulsory Third Party (CTP) claim. With an approved claim, sessions are fully covered by your insurer—no out-of-pocket fees. You’ll need a referral from your GP and we can assist with an approval from your insurer for psychology.

Workers Compensation
If you’ve experienced a workplace-related mental health injury, Natalie Nicole Psychology provides therapy under Workers Compensation to support you. With an approved claim, sessions are fully covered by your insurer—no out-of-pocket fees. You’ll need a referral from your GP and we can assist with an approval from your insurer for psychology.

Autism Assessments – Children | Adolescents | Adults
At Natalie Nicole Psychology, our Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) assessments provide a modern, comprehensive evaluation aligned with DSM-5 criteria. We use a strengths-based approach with MIGDAS-2 (Monteiro Interview Guidelines for Diagnosing the Autism Spectrum), which offers a qualitative, person-centred assessment of ASD traits.
Children & Adolescents: Our approach includes a developmental history review through clinical interviewing, behavioural observations, and screening questionnaires to gain a holistic understanding of ASD traits and their impact on daily functioning.

Education-Related Support Letters
- University Support Letter – Request for extended leave, special considerations, reduced study load, or exam accommodations.
- School Support Letter – Supporting documentation for learning adjustments, reduced workload, or special exam conditions.
- NDIS Support Letter – Evidence for NDIS access requests, plan reviews, or funding changes, including support for a change of support circumstance.
Workplace-Related Support Letters
- Workplace Accommodation Letter – Recommending adjustments in duties, workload, or work environment.
- Medical Leave Letter – Supporting short-term or extended time off work.
